Analogy is a German Progressive Rock band founded in Italy in 1970 by an Italian keyboardist. The first name they used was The Yoice. In 1972, they changed the band’s name to Analogy and the album was released with the same name. One year later, the recording of the album The Suite, which is our subject, begins.

The Suite, a concept album, was released in 1980, even though the band broke up in 1974 after long studies and efforts (and many other reasons). But I think it would be more accurate to date the album to 1973. The Suite consists of 2 parts and tells a long story in itself. It is one of the albums that can be considered a masterpiece, with sound changes that almost approach today’s electronic effects, on a path intertwined with classical music…
